Entre los <strong>chefs asistentes al Congreso ha estado nuestro\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PEDRITOOOOOOOOOO?fref=ts\" target=\"_blank\">Pedro S\u00e1nchez<\/a><\/strong>, que ha sido uno de los encargados de participar en las actividades propuestas, <strong>elaborando algunos de sus platos estrella mientras los explicaba ante el p\u00fablico asistente<\/strong>. los\u00a0<strong>chefs y cocineros de la provincia tuvieron\u00a0en este Congreso un protagonismo especial<\/strong> en este evento organizado en base a las ponencias, actividades y exposiciones organizadas en una sala polivalente que acogi\u00f3\u00a0durante tres d\u00edas las <strong>degustaciones sobre cocina aut\u00f3ctona con productos de Ja\u00e9n, talleres magistrales, microcatas en el t\u00fanel del vino y un concurso de cocina &#8216;Sabor a Olivos&#8217;<\/strong>, abierto a todos los p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium edici\u00f3n de un Congreso que est\u00e1 llamado a contribuir a<strong>\u00a0la apuesta de Ja\u00e9n y de la gastronom\u00eda jienense por el aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/strong>.
